TRAIN WITH MARGARET.
I’m Margaret. At 51, I’m discovering what I can do.
Now I want to help you find your strength.

Work. Family. Training. My fitness journey is part of a full life, and it is still unfolding.
Pole dancing has been part of my life for several years. Strength training brought another challenge: learning what I could lift, how I could progress and what consistency could look like.
Today, I’m an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, and I’m preparing for a bodybuilding competition on 24 October 2026. Becoming a coach is the next chapter.

The pictures show a change. Behind them are training sessions, new habits and months of showing up. This is my personal experience.

A starting photo is a record of one moment. What matters is deciding what comes next.
My journey has included coached strength training and learning more about my own routines.
From my transformation to becoming a PT and preparing for the stage, the story keeps moving.
Photos shared in NNPT’s May 2026 transformation post. Individual experiences and results vary.
Each part of my journey brings a different challenge—and a different reason to keep exploring.
